Whether you are a seasoned VW veteran or you just purchased your first, SpeedShack LLC is committed to providing accurate information on everything Volkswagen - from our technical articles to the parts we sell. We understand that VW enthusiasts come from all walks of life and have different needs. From basic maintenance items to top-shelf parts, SpeedShack LLC carries them all, and we will never try to pass off a product for something it simply is not.
Shipping policy:
SpeedShack LLC currently only ships to the 50 U.S states. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time. SpeedShack LLC’s shipping rates are based on the actual rates that the carrier charges us with an additional $4.00 handling charge to help cover the costs of the packaging material and labor costs. DAMAGED GOODS: Claims for damaged shipments should be made by you to the carrier as soon as the damage is discovered. If the package arrives visibly damaged, you should still accept it. If you refuse it, it can invalidate carrier insurance and can also delay replacement order shipping. KEEP ALL OF THE PACKAGING MATERIALS – they will be needed for inspection if an insurance claim is necessary. It is your responsibility for filing a damage claim with the carrier. The carrier will then contact us after inspection of the merchandise and issue a claim number. CLAIMS: If you have not received the exact number of packages as indicated on the invoice, a claim must be made immediately with the carrier. If you receive the correct number of packages as indicated by the invoice and find items missing, please contact SpeedShack LLC within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Returns policy:
Uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 45 days of original purchase and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us within 45 days of original purchase that you would like to make a return. Any returns received outside of this time frame will not be accepted and delivery will be denied. No returns allowed on any electrical parts, carburetors, special orders items or books. Buyer must pay return shipping. Defective merchandise can be exchanged for same item only within 45 days. Please pack all items in the same fashion in which they were received. Damages to the returned item(s) due to poor re-packaging will result in a loss of refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process. SpeedShack LLC does not accept returns on special orders, commonly referred to as No Cancel/No Return products. Any domestic orders that are returned to SpeedShack LLC as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our return policy, including a 20% restocking fee. Before retuning merchandise , you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #) Your RMA# must be visible on the outside of the returned package for proper return processing. To obtain a RMA please email: returns@thespeedshack.com The email must include a detailed DESCRIPTION/REASON that you are returning the items. Within 5 business days, you will receive an email entitled RETURN AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION. Please include a copy of your original invoice, and a print out of your return authorization email, and enclose both in the return carton. Failure to follow the return process may result in the loss of your product, a delay of your refund and/or refusal of the package at the time of delivery. It is recommended that you save the tracking number for your return shipment in the event that the package is misplaced or lost, so that you may file a claim with the shipping carrier you have chosen.

In the event that a pricing or typographical error exists with any product or service offered, SpeedShack LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. In most pricing or typographical error situations, SpeedShack LLC will contact you for further instruction or cancel your order with email and/or phone notification. Shipping price discrepancies may exist on any order regardless of size. If a shipping price discrepancy exists SpeedShack LLC may contact the purchaser with revised shipping options.
